Licensed to practice law in the U.S. and Venezuela, Gustavo brings a wealth of knowledge of the legal and judicial systems in the Americas and Europe, in advising on matters of national and international law for corporate clients in the oil and gas, power, nuclear, construction, and water industries.

depth of knowledge required in conducting due diligence and research for some of the toughest cases. As an Attorney with one of the top law firms in Venezuela, Gustavo specialized in corporate, tort, criminal, and family law. With bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, he is proficient speaking, writing and translating in both languages. He holds a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in Energy, Oil and Natural Resources from the University of Houston.
